Standard shipping typically takes 7-14 business days. For custom or handcrafted pieces, lead times may vary between 4-6 weeks; you will receive a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
What is your return policy for home decor?
We offer a 30-day return window for most items in their original condition. Please note that custom-made furniture and final sale items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, USSA Design ships to all 50 U.S. states and Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics to support international shipping in the near future.

Each product comes with a specific care guide. Generally, we recommend using a soft, damp cloth for dusting wood surfaces and avoiding harsh chemical cleaners to preserve the natural finish.
