At USSA Design, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home decor and furniture purchases. If an item doesn't perfectly fit your space, we offer a 30-day return policy for most items in their original condition.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your USSA Design account and select the order containing the item you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the item in its original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all hardware, assembly instructions, and protective padding are included.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your RMA.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned item for quality assurance, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
